Registration & Class Policies
Course registrations are offered on a first-come/first-served basis.
Payment for the course is due at the time of registration. The fee may be paid
by check, money order, credit card or cash.
Space in each course is limited and varies depending on the subject
matter and the wishes of any guest instructors. Registration
closes two weeks prior to the class date, except with permission of the
instructor.
Quite often we receive calls a day before a scheduled
class, however, without the minimum already pre-registered, the class
may have been postponed or cancelled!
You
may request to be placed on the waitlist for a course, and you will be
notified if space becomes available or if an additional course is
scheduled.
Course fees are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place.
Your spot in the class can be transferred to
them with two business days' advance notice.
We reserve the right to substitute instructors for any class.
Courses are subject to cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling due
to insufficient enrollment or inclement weather, at our discretion.
Refunds will be given if you are unable to attend a postponed or
rescheduled class, and for cancelled classes
ONLY. If you cancel or fail to show up for your fully paid class, you
have forfeited your fee, but will be entitled to receive the handouts
from that course.
NOTE:
- Minimum student age is 18 years
- Prepayment required to reserve a place in a
class
- Students must have required supplies for
each class
- No guestsor children permitted in classroom
during sessions
- Supply lists for the classes will either be
given upon paid registration or posted online
- As a courtesy and with
respect for the instructor and fellow students, cell phones are not
allowed in class, unless they are kept on silent.
